At LifeAid, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the information below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition, unused and unworn

  • All tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Detailed instructions on where and how to send your item

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Responsibility for Address Errors

LifeAid is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order once the return has been approved


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Original packaging

  • Tags attached

  • Proof of purchase included


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically occurs within 10 business days

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund.
