Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Possible Delays: During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery
Standard Shipping

Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery address.

Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after order processing.
Expedited Shipping

Availability: Offered at an additional cost.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Tracking information typically becomes available within 24 hours of shipment.
Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping: We ship to all U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping: Currently, LifeAid does not offer international shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@lifeaidusa.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.

Lost Packages: If your shipment is lost in transit, contact our support team and we will initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
